Leaf Mulching
When conditions allow, mulch manageable leaf coverage into the lawn.
Leaf Collection & Removal
For heavier leaf coverage or when requested, collect and haul away leaves as included in the agreed quote.
General Yard Tidy-Up
Clear ordinary seasonal debris and leave the property looking neat.
Optional: Mulch Bed Weeding
Have weeds growing throughout your landscape beds? We can include bed weeding and cleanup in your estimate.
Optional: Final Mow
If your lawn needs one last cut before winter, we can include it in the quote when appropriate.

Keeping fall cleanup simple.
Our standard fall cleanups focus on leaves and general yard cleanup.
Shrub pruning, perennial cutbacks, tree trimming and major landscaping work aren't included in a standard cleanup. Additional work can be discussed and quoted separately.
Broader bed and shrub maintenance may be better suited for spring, depending on the plants and property.
Gutter cleaning is a separate Skip service and is not automatically included.

Do you mulch leaves or remove them?
Both. Depending on leaf coverage, lawn conditions and your preference, we can mulch leaves into the lawn or collect and remove them. We'll recommend the best approach for your property.
Do you clean leaves out of mulch beds?
Yes. We can clear leaves and ordinary seasonal debris from landscape beds as part of the agreed cleanup scope.
Can you remove weeds from my mulch beds?
Yes. Bed weeding can be included as an optional add-on. We'll assess the work and include it in your quote.
Do you trim shrubs or cut back plants?
Not as part of our standard fall cleanup. We focus on leaves and general yard cleanup. Shrub pruning and plant cutbacks can be discussed separately when appropriate.
When should I schedule my fall cleanup?
Timing depends on when your leaves fall. We can recommend scheduling after most leaves have dropped, or discuss multiple visits if your property needs them.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
Not necessarily. If we can safely assess the property from accessible areas, we may be able to provide a quote without you being home. We'll coordinate with you if access or additional information is needed.
